About the Journal

Mundos do Trabalho is a publication of the Working Group “Mundos do Trabalho” of the National History Association (Associação Nacional de História, ANPUH-Brazil). Its objective is the dissemination of the Brazilian and international academic production, from History and related areas, that dialogue with the perspective of the Social History of Labor. The journal receives in Portuguese, Spanish or English, open deadline articles for free section and articles for thematic issues, as well as reviews, interviews, comments on unpublished primary sources, debates and conferences. Exceptionally and at the discretion of the editorial team, manuscripts of authors with a lower degree than doctors may be evaluated. The activities of the journal rely on the logistic support of the Federal University of Santa Catarina (Universiade Federal de Santa Catarina, UFSC) and the institutional support of the Post-Graduate Program in History of the State University of Bahia (Universidade do Estado da Bahia, UNEB). Mundos do Trabalho adopts continuous publication (rolling pass) since 2019.
